To get started with Nexie, you'll need to connect your Klaviyo account. This allows Nexie to securely sync your customer and store data, create and manage customer segments, and publish email campaigns directly to your Klaviyo account.
Before you begin
You'll need:
Admin access to your Klaviyo account
Permission to create Private API Keys
Step 1: Open the API Keys Page
Instructions
Log in to your Klaviyo account.
Go to Settings → API Keys.
Step 2: Create a Private API Key
Instructions
Click Create Private Key.
Enter a name (for example, Nexie).
Select Custom permissions.
Step 3: Grant the Required Permissions

Templates
Profiles
Segments
Flows
Step 4: Share the API Key
Instructions
Create the API key.
Copy the generated Private API Key (starts with
pk_).Share it with the Nexie team.
Once we receive your API key, we'll connect your Klaviyo account, sync your data, and let you know as soon as your account is ready.
